Fraîche Restaurant

Fraîche was executing a rebrand, introducing a new chef, and repositioning themselves in the market. Gener8 would need to bring all those elements together in the redesign of their website and the design of their email marketing strategy.

Situation

After almost 2.5 years as a fine dining restaurant, Fraîhe Restaurant was looking to reposition itself in the market via its image, its personnel, its chef, and its service offering. As a result, Fraîhe was looking to Gener8 to bring all these elements together in a properly designed, managed, and executed online platform.

Solution

It is always an extreme compliment when a client entrusts us with their design needs, it is even that much more significant when they invite us to lead round 2! The Gener8 team had already worked with Fraîhe in the initial delivery of their website over 2.5 years ago, and was excited to be a part of this next evolution in their brand.

The key elements in this project included bringing together the various aspects of the rebrand AND recognizing how this website could serve as a tool (both internally and externally) to facilitate employee and user processes. From a front-end perspective, the integration of onine reservation, social media tools, and quicklink access throughout the site allowed users to have navigation options and relevant information just a click away. Similarly, with a robust back-end, all information could remain updatable and therefore relevant, while remaining consistent with other collateral.
